Cadre et architecture magnifique ! Le personnel adorable et le conseil pour le restaurant à 2min à pied, qui est extraordinaire également, a été la cerise sur le gâteaux pour notre séjour! Nous recommandons vivement ce magnifique hôtel!

DIFFICULT TO FIND FREE PARKING. PROBLEMS WITH HEAVY LUGGAGES DUE TO MANU STAIRS BOTH OUTSIDE AND IN THE ROOM. GOOD BED AND BATHROOM. FRIENDLY SERVICE AT BREAKFAST.

Urlaub zu zweit

Vom grandiosen Cappucino mit einem Schaum der Extraklasse zum Frühstück, bis zum Service und der wunderbaren kreativen Hotelzimmerausstattung mit der Mischung aus Holz/Stein und Glas für die Badabtrennung war der Aufenthalt im Hotel / der Urlaub wirklich mehr als ein tolles Erlebnis, der Eindruck vor Ort, übertraff auch bei weitem die Bilder vom Hotel...

Schönes Hotel mit Schattenseiten

Das Hotel wäre ein echtes Bijou, leider macht man viel zu wenig, damit es auch so bleibt. Personal wirkt etwas desinteressiert und lustlos. Beim Zimmerbezug mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Toilette nicht gereinigt wurde (möglicherweise musste die Putzfee bei der Zimmerreinigung noch den Darm entleeren, denn die komplette WC Brille sowie Klo waren vollgespritzt!). Beim Frühstück hat's zwar an nichts gefehlt, ich vermisste jedoch etwas die einheimischen/lokalen Produkte wie Ensaimadas, Orangen-und Zitronenkonfiture aus Soller (statt dessen gab's Hero Konfiture aus der Schweiz oder wie auch Butter aus Holland. Ich habe die Insel schon einige Male besucht, doch dieses Hotel würde ich nicht mehr wählen.

Schönes Boutique-Hotel abseits der Touristenpfade

Sehr schön eingerichtet, guter Wellness-Bereich (Whirlpool/Dampfbad/Sauna), freundliches Personal. Hervorzuheben: Vertrauen den Gästen gegenüber, Rezeption später am Abend/während der Nacht nicht besetzt, Gäste können sich an der Bar bedienen und sagen am nächsten Tag Bescheid, was sie konsumiert haben. Das Hotel befindet sich in Lloseta, an sich kein besonders sehenswerter Ort, dafür an der Bahnstrecke Palma-Inca gelegen, sodass man auch mal mit ÖPNV für einen Abend nach Palma reinfahren kann.
