Sehr geehrter Gast, zuerst einmal möchten wir uns bei Ihnen dafür bedanken, dass Sie sich unser Hotel für Ihren Urlaub ausgesucht haben. Schön auch, dass Sie den gepflegten und sauberen Zustand unserer Anlage so zu schätzen gewusst haben. Wir investieren viel Anstrengung und Zeit in die Reinigung und Instandhaltung unserer Zimmer und Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen. Wir bedauern jedoch sehr, dass Sie ein größeres Zimmer bevorzugt hätten. Es tut uns leid, dass in Ihrem Fall das Zimmer nicht zufriedenstellend war. Das nächste Mal bitte immer sofort an der Rezeption nach einem anderen Zimmer fragen.
