Das erste Zimmer hat sehr übel gerochen und es war dreckig. Nach der ersten schlaflosen Eckelnacht und ein paar Anrufen beim Hilton Head Quarter konnten wir das Zimmer zwar wechseln, erhielten aber ein viel Kleineres oberhalb der Lüftungsanlage. Allgemein war das Hotel nicht sehr sauber, in den Gängen oder auch beim Frühstück. Es war überall auch eisig kalt. Beim Frühstück war das Personal komplett überfordert. Wir wurden dann sogar via Brief im Zimmer aufgefordert doch bitte vor 9uhr zum Frühstück zu gehen. (Obwohl es bis 10.30uhr ist) aber auch dann wurde mir Kaffee statt der bestellte Tee serviert...Die Zimmernachbarn sind sehr sehr gut zu hören, auch beim Pinkeln. Für uns ein Hotel dass man besser meiden sollte.
