Pros: Friendly staff is always good to experience (a must in many ways) and Alhambra is very fortunate to have good staff members. Their breakfast is good also and the lady that works there is sweet. Place is clean and a great location of course. Cons: I don't recall staying in such tiny rooms before. They are so bad that when sitting on the toilet, one's legs cannot fit inside the 'bathroom'. I assume and hope this is how small rooms are (or should be) for prisoners. Overall, the room itself didn't give a feeling of how I have experienced being in a a 'hotel' and its incredible how it was approved as one.

Great position close to Eurostar

Pros: It was very clean and well cared for.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Its so close to Kings Cross and St Pancras that it made catching an early Eurostar hassle free.
The hotel was really reasonable and we only needed one night so were not expecting much. We were surprised how clean, well kept and efficient everything was. Breakfast service was excellent. This will be our preferred stay in London from now on. No need to drag cases across town when you can drop them near to the station.

Muutamat asiat tulivat hotellissa yllätyksenä, kuten se, ettei huoneeseen kuulunut omaa vessaa tai kylpyhuonetta, vaan täytyi käyttää yhteisiä tiloja. Lavuaari huoneessa sentään oli. Yhteisvessaan täytyi kipittää toiseen kerrokseen eikä siellä ollut käsienpesumahdollisuutta. Kannattaa siis muistaa tarkistaa varatessa, kuuluuko huoneeseen kylppäriä vai ei - me emme sitä osanneet ajatellakkaan, kun pidimme itsestäänselvyytenä. Aamiaisen voi valita kolmesta vaihtoehdosta: englantilainen, vegaaninen tai mannermainen. Ei hirmu runsas tai monipuolinen, mutta saapahan jotain syötyä ennen kaupungille lähtöä. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Ok hotelli, mutta kieltämättä odotimme enemmän.
