Good location but very small rooms

The location of the hotel is attractive, but the room was very uncomfortable due to being so small. There was no space to do anything except to lie on the bed -- and even the bed was rather small and narrow. One night there was more than enough. I started to feel claustrophobic, although I came late and left in the morning.

Disappointing

Rooms were old and not perfectly clean. Main complaint is about the staff. They were very poor at communication, didn't listen, and were overall fairly rude and incompetent. This was true of two reception staff and the head waiter of the restaurant.

New Years Eve

This was our 2nd stay at Ambassadors and whilst the service and hotel remains at a very high standard we were unfortunately put into a room next to the lift which meant every few minutes there was a very loud mechanical noise which disturbed our sleep. I wouldn't let this put me off another stay I would just not request room 211. Apart from this the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Michelle

The room I got was really small. There was barely a closet to hang your clothes. The bed was basically almost to the door of the bathroom. For the nightly rate, it was overpriced. I think the only saving grace for me is that the windows were well sealed and the walls thick enough for me not to hear the noise from the street or from neighboring rooms - I was able to sleep without earplugs which are nowadays becoming rarer with me.

Syysloma

Syyslomalla teini-ikäisen tyttären kanssa. Hotellissa ystävällinen vastaanotto. Huone pieni mutta siisti ja ihan viihtyisä kokoonsa nähden. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet (bussit,metro ja junat). Tesco tms. kauppoja lähistöllä.Huoneemme oli ylimmässä kerroksessa ja liikenteen äänet kuuluivat sisälle yllättävän hyvin.
