the room service / cleaning ladies yell and shout and make so much noise when they clean other rooms. told the reception twice - didnt bother to change anything. the wifi did not work at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, everything else a shithole considered the price. You can find a better bed and mattress at the pit.

Vile the worse hotel in history avoid unless your desperate. A hostelwouldbe better. Gave me a sibgle basement room no air conditioning. The chinese man on reception was rude aggressive and doenright vile there were 3 men on reception not one of them were polite or smiled ay guests these people have no idea sbout hotel management or guest satisfaction I complained about my room for another they only had 1 single room in whole hotel and manager on holiday so they didnt have a futy mananager on call jow ridiculous I think these staff are not trained to give facial expressions Room was filthy carpets vile how is this hotelstill in business Avoid or get bed bugs disgusting worse hotel ever no wifi in baseroom so crap

heating was not working it was cold

Pros: cleaniness
Cons: manners
Location: lots to do and see, lovely restaurants
The porter was very rude and one of the reception staff.

Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden (Bemerkung: Das Frühstück habe ich nicht im Hotel eingenommen und kann dazu keine Bewertung abgeben). Einzig störend war, dass die Türen in den Gängen sehr laut geschlossen haben und man davon jeweils aufgeweckt wurde.

Gemäss Personal an der Rezeption hat meine (bestätigte) Reservation das Hotel nicht erreicht. Sämtliche Zimmer belegt. Alle Gotels in der Umgebung ebenfalls ausgebucht. In der Hotelloby übernachtet.

Hyvällä paikalla. Kuvat huoneista eivät vastanneet todellisuutta milllään tavalla. Huoneiden kunto järkyttävä. Kosteusvauriot näkyy ja haisee. Täytyi nukkua ikkuna auki vaikka oli kylmä.
