Upon checking in they wanted identification but then insisted on photo copying it which we were not happy with, they were reminded about GDPR and stated we didn't want it photo copied and were told then we couldn't check in. Breakfast was appalling,on booking it said full English breakfast, on arrival at 09:30 on a sunday it was chaotic, drinks were not replenished, they had ran out of everything, there was nobody to point you to a table there was no coffee or tea offered, there was only a 2 slice toaster for all of the guests and on looking at what was available the scrambled egg was barely scrambled, no hash browns and only chicken sausages, when asked about normal sausages or bacon we were all informed that they were muslim so bacon/pork was not served. At no point was anybody informed of this. When complaining to reception we were then told that the breakfast suite was a separate franchise to the hotel!

Just an average hotel for London status. Cramped

A Single room is a Single room n what most I can expect with the price I paid for. Its all basic for a 2 star rating hotel. However, good location n good breakfast included in the rate.

Great location but definitely needs an upgrade

Location fantastic Staff were great Rooms had no ac Had to move rooms 3 times because lift was broken Rooms very damaged Mattress was very uncomfortable and my back has been hurting since Some rooms had ac, some AC some had a new bathroom some had tea & coffee makers. Its like they started to upgrade a room then stopped.

Good value for money

Stayed in Eden Park for a long weekend and joyed it very much. Location is perfect close to both Paddington and Bayyswater and Queensway tube stations. Room was small but tidy and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Gute Lage, Nähe von 2 U-Bahnstationen. Badezimmer extrem klein. Kleiner geht gar nicht mehr. kein Alkoholausschank in der Bar
