We recommend it.

Pros: Staff very kind and friendly :) Room was very quiet, and the hotel just a few minutes walk from the tube.
Cons: Bathroom (too small)
Location: We had to walk a while before finding a place to have English breakfast. Supermarket at 1 minute from hotel.
Staff very nice. Room looked smaller than what it really is because besides the double bed there were 2 bunk beds (that we did not need). The bathroom was very small, but we were staying just one night, so it wasn't a problem.

Good value

Had a great stay at this hotel with my wife and 2 children, some of the reviews didn't look great so I was a little apprehensive but I needn't have worried. The room was quite small but was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great only 5 minutes from the tube station then only a short ride into the centre although the history and science museum were within walking distance. Staff were polite and helpful and would definitely stay here again.

Satisfactory Hotel In A Great Location

The rooms were clean, to the point in furnishing and had everything you would need for accommodation that you only were only staying in as of an evening. The biggest pro was definitely the location in terms of both distance from nearest tube station as well as time in to central London. The twin room was perhaps a little cramped but not a major issue in terms of sleeping and the prefab en suite's shower, overflowed slightly but nothing a quick mop up with a towel couldn't fix. The triple room didn't have a handrail in the bathroom but the room itself was VERY spacious. Lovely staff and very accommodating to needs and enquiries. Would definitely stay in again!

Hotelli rauhallisella asuinalueella

Pros: Hyvät liikenneyhteydet ja rauhallinen sijainti. Siivous päivittäin. Huoneessa vedenkeitin, ei aamiaismahdollisuutta hotellissa.
Cons: Huoneen lattia oli vanhoja likatahroja täynnä (kokolattiamatto), vaatisi lattiapäällysteen uusimista. Kylpyhuoneen kylmyys talvella.
Location: Hotelli sijaitsi hyvien liikenneyhteyksien päässä mm Madame Thussaudin vahakabinettiin pääsi läheltä bussilla (Baker Street).Lähellä pubi ja ravintola
Majoitun joulukuussa hotellin maantasossa olevaan yhden hengen huoneeseen, joka oli kooltaan hyvin pieni kuten myös kylpyhuone. Huoneessa oli sänky, joka sinänsä oli ok, hyvin pieni pöytä nurkassa ja TV seinällä.Pöydän ääreen oli tosi vaikea asettua istumaan sen hankalan sijainnin vuoksi. Kylpyhuone oli tosi kylmä ja etenkin kylpyhuoneen lattia jääkylmä. Pesulle piti mennä talvisaappaat jalassa, jotta tarkeni pestä siellä esim. hampaita. Talviaika ei ole siis paras aika majoittua. Pieni kylpyhuone sinänsä oli siisti. Roskakori tyhjennettiin ja vuode siistittiin päivittäin. Koska huone oli maantasossa ja ikkuna suoraan hotellin katuterassille, terassilta tuleva puhe kantautui hyvin huoneeseen (hotellivieraat kävivät tupakalla terassilla). Tätä ongelmaa ei varmaankaan ole jos huone sijaitsee ylempänä. Metroasema (West Kensington) oli kävelymatkan päässä ja sieltä hyvät yhteydet keskustaan ja lähellä sijaitsevalla vilkkaalla tiellä kulki useita busseja eri puolelle Lontoota. Myös lentokentälle oli kätevä yhteys.

Olen pahoillani kuullessani, että löysit huoneesi kylmäksi, vastaanottomme ystävällinen henkilökunta on 24 tuntia vastaanotto ja aina valmis auttamaan, jos sinulla on ongelmia kuumennuksen käynnistämisessä. Meillä on savuttomia alueita savuttomille asiakkaillemme, mutta heidän on kunnioitettava, että heidän on oltava hiljaa tuntien jälkeen. Olen pahoillani, että näin ei ollut. Tulevaisuudessa ota yhteys vastaanottoon, sillä me ystävällisesti siirrämme sinut toiseen huoneeseen, jos huoneesi, johon olet määrittänyt, ei vastannut standardeja. bonne impression globale

Nous sommes venus à Londres avec mon petit garçon pour 4 jours. Les prix sont chers à Londres mais nous nous attendions à avoir au moins le petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif de la prestation d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits pour déjeuner le matin. L'hôtel est trop excentré, certes calme dans un joli quartier résidentiel, mais bien loin des animations tout de même... Il nous a fallu faire beaucoup de métro et de bus... La chambre petite est confortable et très propre, mais la salle de bain bien trop étroite, le coin douche est vite inondé d'eau, pas de tapis de douche, pas de mouchoirs, la télévision ok mais aucune chaîne internationale..., le chauffage difficile à régler, brûlant ou gelé... Bref attention au coup de froid...

siisti mutta ahdas

Sijainti lähelä metroasemaa ja kävelymatkan päässä Hyde Parkista oli mainio, tosin juuri turistikartan laidan ulkopuolella. Huone oli pieni, mustavalkoinen kylpyhuone oli melkein tyylikäs, mutta puolen neliön suihkukoppi sekin ahdas.

Schwach!

Frühstück nicht inbgegriffen, Zimmer sehr klein, WC/Dusche nur durch Vorhang getrennt und platz für nur 1 Person (=Wohnwagen besser!), Wasser stinkt, Hotel bietet keine Accessories, keine 2 Decken im Zimmer vorhanden, Heizung funktionierte nur 1. Nacht.
