Das Hotel wird sehr professionell geleitet. Die Koffer werden aufbewahrt und das Frühstücks Büffet ist mit allem ständig befüllt. Besonders angenehm ist der kurze Weg gleich um die Ecke zur Underground Station der Central Line Lancaster Gate. Geschäfte sind auch in der Nähe und es ist eine ruhige Lage. Hervorragendes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis.

Lage war sehr gut UBahn Bus Hydepark. Das Zimmer/Dusche war ultraklein (obwohl sie uns anscheinend ein upgrade zu einem grösseren Zimmer gemacht haben? Check in erst ab 16.00 möglich bei upgrade) Klimaanlage sehr laut, abstellen nicht möglich da das Fenster auf einen Belüftungschacht ging! noch mehr Lärm und schlechte Luft und das bei einem Zimmer Preis von 250sFr. ohne Frühstück.

Gebucht hatten wir 3 Doppelzimmer und daraus wurden 6 Einzelzimmer. Wurde vorgängig informiert, daher ok. Nicht ok war jedoch, dass während des Check-Ins eines unserer Einzelzimmer an einen eben erst eingetroffenen Gast ohne vorgängige Reservierung ging. So verzögerte sich unser Check-In da sich das Personal zuerst einig werden musste, welches sechste Zimmer wir nun erhalten. Dann waren diese noch nicht bezugsbereit, was früh Morgens auch ok ist. Um 16:00 Uhr waren jedoch auch erst 5 der 6 Zimmer bezugsbereit, was einem nach der Geschichte vom Morgen, der neue Gast konnte sein Zimmer sofort beziehen, dann doch etwas sauer aufstosst. Ansonsten alles top.

Pros: es stimmt alles.

Location: sehr zentral , mit Tube sehr guter Anschluss
Das Haus war bestens geeignet für einen Wochenendaufenthalt in London. Sehr gut gelegen, Sehr ruhig. Komfortabel eingerichtet. Gute Betten. Das Personal war ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer perfekt sauber. Preis - Leistung stimmen gut. Das Haus kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Hotelli Hyde Parkin lähellä

Hotelli vastasi täysin odotuksiani. Hinta oli kohtuullinen ja sijainti loistava lähellä Hyde Parkia.Lancaster Gate metro on vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ja metrolla on kätevä liikkua eri suuntiin.

Disappointing. Adequate but no more...

Pros: The location of the hotel was ideal for shopping and sight seeing. It is located approximately 400m from the nearest underground station and taxis come past the front door of the hotel on a regular basis.
Cons: After having read a good many positive reviews about this hotel, coupled with its four star rating and great location, I was very optimistic about this hotel. However, my optimism was short lived. The location is of course ideal for tourists and great for shopping, sight seeing etc in central London. However, the hotel itself is a restored/converted former B&B and I would suggest that a three star rating would be more appropriate. The hotel room was small, renovated with cheap materials and was in "well-used" condition. However, it was clean and adequate for sleeping in, but I doubt that anyone would want to spend any additional time than necessary in such accommodation. The staff are polite, but don't expect a friendly welcome or for them to go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, they do what is required of them and no more. The pictures of the hotel are accurate but taken from flattering perspectives. I stayed two nights at this hotel and at 520 euros, this represents poor value for money. I will not be returning.

2-3 tähden hotelli miellyttävällä alueella

Pros: Hotellin alakerran yhteistilat olivat miellyttävät ja tyylikkäät. Ilmastointi huoneessa. Huoneessa ei koko lattiamattoa ja siisti toimiva kylpyhuone.
Cons: Äänieristystä ei ollut. Aivan kaikki viereisestä huoneesta kuului. Henkilökunnan palvelualttius ja kohteliaat tavat.
Location: Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, aivan Bayswater Roadin tuntumassa, lähellä maanalaista ja nopea yhteys myös busseilla keskustaan esim. Oxford Streetille.
Olin varannut yhden hengen huoneen hotellista lähellä Bayswaterroadia 3 yöksi. Huone oli riittävän kokoinen yhdelle hengelle ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Huoneen lattia oli imuroimatta kun tulin, samoin "puhtaassa" kylpypyyhkeessä ja tyynyliinassa oli läikkä. Hotellin vastaanoton 3 työntekijästä yksi oli kohtelias ja huomaavainen. Ääneneristystä ei ollut lainkaan. Aivan kaikki kuului. Jouduin kesken yötä koputtamaan naapurin ovelle, että olisivat hiljempaa. Hissi ilmoitti hyvin kova äänisesti joka kerran, kun joku astui hissiin tai hissistä ulos.

Erinomainen sijainti ja hotelli

Hotelli sijainti lähellä metroasemaa ja Hyde Parkia erinomainen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siistit, korkeatasoiset huoneet. Hotellin baari todella viihtyisä.
