Meillä oli matkatavaroita, jotka halusimme jättää säilytyshuoneeseen, etteivät vie tilaa huoneessa. Meitä ei kuitenkaan informoitu erikseen, että tuo säilytys maksaa vaan vasta sitten, kun haimme laukut pois. Emme loppukädessä joutuneet maksamaan laukuista, mutta jäi ikävä tunne tapahtuneesta. Huoneemme jätettiin siivoamatta, kun siivooja nappula oli pois päällä (huoneeseen oli aiemmin jätetty älä-häiritse valo palamaan, mitä emme huomanneet). Aulapalvelu ei jättänyt hyvää kuvaa hotellista, muuten niin sijainniltaan kuin tiloiltaankin hyvästä hotellista.
