Fantastic value for money - free parking, walking distance to zone 3 tube, clean rooms and decent breakfast.

4 of us stayed 1 night, for a visit to Wembley Stadium, to see the Spurs v Newcastle match. The hotel provided a good location, with free parking on site. Although dated, it did have a bar and outside seating at the front and back. With only nostalgia beers, from a byegone century, we were able to fall back on a pint of the black stuff, from Ireland. Cooked breakfast was "all you can eat" but some items were empty, as we waited for them to be replenished. The no.18 bus stop was opposite, for the short journey to Wembley Central / High Road. Buses are very frequent and we only had to wait a couple of minutes for the return. The hotel was inexpensive and provided value for money, although in need of major refurbishment.

Nice breakfast. Rooms passable

First room we had didn't have a window so was like a dungeon. I complained and got a better bigger room with a window. Breakfast was surprisingly good plenty of choice. Close to transport for London and shops nearby.

wonderful trip

Came for celebration of swaminarayan temple 20 years is just 5 minutes walk, very good location and very helpful RECEPTIONISTS, will always take this hotel for visiting temple!.

Huone erittäin epäsiisti ja huonossa kunnossa. Huone sijaitsi kellarikerroksessa ja huoneessa oli vain pieni ikkuna. Joka paikassa oli kosteaa ja paha haju. Seinissä oli mustia homepilkkuja ja lattiamatot ja kalusteet selvästi tahrojen peitossa. Luvattu wifi ei toiminut kuin vasta viimeisenä aamuna. Henkilökunnalta ei saanut tietoja oikein mistään ja eivät muutenkaan olleet halukkaita palvelemaan. Plussaa siitä että huone saatiin muutamaa tuntia etuajassa, mutta siihen ne positiiviset kommentit jäävät. Oltaisiin heti vaihdettu toiseen hotelliin, mutta koko kaupungista oli jäljellä vain huomattavasti kalliimpia huoneita.

Pääsiäinen Lontoossa

Vastaanotto hotelliin saapuessa oli ok, meille esiteltiin huoneemme. Huone sijaitsi alakerrassa melko mutkikkaan reitin päässä, ilma oli siedettävä yläkerrassa, mutta alhaalla oli tukalan kuuma. Onneksi huoneesta sai helposti ikkunan auki. Huone oli perussiisti, mutta esim. portaikon matto oli kulunut paikoitellen rikki. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava. Wi-Fi toimi hyvin huoneessakin. Hotelli oli yöllä hiljainen ja rauhallinen, aamusta meteliä kuului, kuten hotelleissa yleisestikin. Aulassa näimme kaksi eri työntekijää, toinen oli mukava ja auttoi ja neuvoi meitä mm. metroaseman löytämisessä, toinen taas ei tervehtinyt lainkaan meidät nähdessään tai muutenkaan ottanut kontaktia. Matka metroasemalle oli n. 12 min kävellen. Alue on värikäs ja miellyttävä, Harlesdenista löytyi muutama englanninkielinen keskustelu, jossa aluetta kutsuttiin Lontoon raggae-keskukseksi - eikä syyttä. Metrolla pääsi liikkumaan kätevästi. Aamupala oli perinteinen englantilainen aamiainen kananmunineen ja linsseineen, ihan ok, runsautta valikoimaan olisi voinut olla enemmän, mutta kyllä aamiaisen ihan valittamatta söi. Henkilökunta kävi usein tarkistamatta että ruokaa on riittävästi. Ensi kerralla matkustaessa Lontooseen valitsemme hotellin lähempänä keskustaa, mutta tämä oli ihan hyvä vaihtoehto. Ei mitään negatiivista, mutta ei järin kehuttavaakaan sanottavaa.

Degelijke vakantie

Het was ongeveer wat wij verwachten van wat je ervoor betaalt. Er zit tegenover het hotel een apotheek, een supermarkt en een restaurantje, dus wat dat betreft is de locatie goed. Verder is er in de buurt niet veel te zien, dus daarvoor zal een stukje verder gekeken moeten worden. Degene van het personeel die ons in en uit-checkte probeerde bij beide in- en uitchecken om ons een deel van de kosten van de reis nogmaals te laten betalen, maar na wat overleg met een collega bleek alles toch in orde. Hotelkamer is schoon, maar de schoonmakers komen op erg wisselende tijden naar de kamer, dus lastig in te schatten. Roomservice was snel en netjes.
