The check-in was not informative and the room (basement level) smelled stale and funky. Not ideal! Overpriced for the facilities in the room i think - bathroom was ild and the sink heavily cracked.

Great break

Fantastic location

This was a whistle stop tour of London with a friend. We both met up at Gatwick airport and got the train to Victoria train station which is located just across the road from the hotel. We arrived early morning but we were able to leave our bags. 5mins walk from hotel is Buckingham palace and from there we walked to regent street to begin shopping. There are many tube stations along the way if you prefer the underground. The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable. It is a basic help yourself breakfast but more than ample to start the day. There was tea and coffee facilities in the room and complimentary bottled water. For the price this was exceptional value in a fantastic location, would recommend and certainly use again!

Worst hotelroom yet

We were put in a basement room without a real window, the biggest issue was the awfull smell in the room.almost a sewer like smell, I would not recommend this hoel to anybody

Not great

Really uncomfortable bed with broken matress springs. Bed smelt unwashed. Woken up at 1am by loud upstairs residents, complained about it as kids woke up. Breakfast was basic but okay. Good locatipn but Wouldn't stay there again.

Wonderfull situation 100 Meters from Victoria Station. Some fresh fruits, ham, salami will be great for the breakfast !
