- Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Broken window lock and only heating was a small oil radiator. The sides were dusty and the trouser rail was thick with dirt. The bed was also broken on 1 side. Would never stay there again.

The hotel was very cheap so I wasn't expecting 5 stars here. The rooms are dated and worn which on itself is fine for the price. There's also a pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, squad court, and gym which can easily offset some of the cons. Speaking of the cons though: - tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom - not the cleanest of rooms - are the beds normal size? At 6 foot tall my feet were dangling off the end - breakfast was pretty gross (the anemic sausages were undercooked and there appeared to be a spot of mould on the bacon??) - when we asked for a pot of tea, the waitress came back a few minutes later and *threw* the pot onto our table, stomping off leaving us wondering what we had done to offend (we didn't bring up the food complaints with them at all so there had been no confrontation) - pot of tea didn't come with milk, but to be honest we were a little worried about asking for anything for fear of wearing it! - leaf blower was out on the grounds (despite the strong winds...) at just after 8AM on Saturday morning, so don't plan on a lie in. Like I said, the price and spa certainly offsets some of that, but it was still disappointing.
