Beautiful hotel!

Pros: Everything was really lovely, friendly staff, exceptional standards of cleanliness, great location!
Cons: The drains in the shower.
Location: Great location in terms of getting away from the hustle and bustle of London. One minute's walk from the station, Tesco and restaurants nearby.
We enjoyed a lovely three night stay at the end of November. Upon arrival, every member of staff at reception were so friendly and helpful and the reception/foyer/bar area were all spotless and clean. The welcome cookie was to die for! Particularly after travelling for a few hours. Our room was a great size, the bed was huge and so comfortable. The sheets/towels were exceptionally clean, the only slight problem was that the water accumulated quickly in the shower, meaning that whilst showering there was water completely covering our feet, which was a bit unpleasant as the drains were clearly a bit blocked up. The room was cleaned to a very high standard each day, with tea/coffee replacements daily. Overall we had a fantastic trip to London which was made even better by having a lovely hotel to stay at, the hotel is located in a really nice, quiet area of Chelsea, literally one minute's walk from the train station.

Solid comfortable hotel, good staff

Everything fine. Nice hotel. Location great if you need overland train, but a bit of a walk to the tube.

Great location for Stamford Bridge.

Location: Great location for Chelsea FC. Underground links to central London.
Very comfortable overnight stay at this hotel. Chelsea football ground a short 10 minute walk away. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. I had researched where to park our car in advance of our stay and was happy to find underground parking just round the corner as the hotel does not have its own parking. We were directed to pop into hotel reception where upon staff contacted the car park by phone to request access through the barrier. We paid £25 for parking; effective from 1pm on the day of arrival to 6pm the following day. Overall, really happy with the whole experience. The only negative I can say is that there weren't enough towels/cups/glasses in the room on arrival. I had booked a room for three people but provision made for only two. This was slightly irritating. The positives - we were granted early check in at no extra cost, car parking as mentioned, location, lovely breakfast, helpful staff. We'll definitely be back. good at first, just OK after a couple of days

There’s a lot to like here: friendly staff, comfortable room, good location. I particularly like that the room came equipped with a tea kettle and small refrigerator (Tesco Express is across the street) and a personal electronic safe for valuables large enough to stow a 15” laptop. another very nice feature is the abundance of electrical outlets, including one by the desk that is Euro-C plug and another in the bath that is global. Bonus: the window opens (slightly) for fresh air. that said, the bad: curiosily on my final day, room housekeeping service did not make an appearance until 18:24 (told them to go away at that point); throughput my visit, the room phone’s built-in message-waiting light kept flashing even though I had no messages according to the phone’s automated system and also hotel reception. although the cost is in-line with what most hotels would charge, I recommend skipping the breakfast buffet: not a terrible choice but you can do better given its cost and the fact that there’s both a grocery and a very good coffee shop around the corner.
