The hotel looked lovely in photos but could do with a little bit of work inside, the room we stayed in was quite small and the bed was uncomfortable, there was no window in the room only a set of doors which opened onto a walkway, the air-conditioning didn't work which made the room very hot, after a night at the 02 we came back had to que at the bar for a bottle of water which was warm, breakfast was OK but had to wait quite a while for plates and more food which had ran out, I personally wouldn't stay here again due to those little things staff were polite and friendly

Lovely location no nice bars or shops around the area hotel is lovely but everything is very expensive as you have no choice but to travel at least 20 mins away to get anything bottle of water £3:50 daylight robbery

Very bad customer service and room

Hotel staff are not bothered to help the room is not what it looked like online DONT WASTE OUR MONEY AND STAY HERE!!!!

Mixed

Pros: Cookies. Location. Ferry.
Cons: Parking, room amenities, cost of breakfast, bathrooms
Location: There is a ferry to Canary Wharf.
Experience timeline as follows. Arrive at carpark - maximum height is 1.6metres. Far too low for many modern cars. There is a surface car park but it's unsigned and basically in the bin storage area. Not a great start. Check-in at reception. Warm chocolate chip cookies - excellent, all is forgiven. Did you see my request about room allocation? No, and we don't have any nice rooms available. Hmm. Get to room. Very poorly lit, no central ceiling light just bedside lights and one table light. There is air conditioning, however it makes such a racket that you have to turn it off overnight. You cannot swing a cat in the bathroom. In fact it is so small, I doubt you could swing a mouse. The door almost touches the toilet seat. There is a significant step down from the bedroom to the bathroom. There is a window that opens 2 inches then comes to rest on the soap dish. The TV does not support subtitles. A Travellodge would be better. Ferry service to Canary Wharf - excellent and great fun. Maybe it's not so bad after all. Sleeping - bed is ok, pillows ok, duvet ok, room freezing due to snow(!) and the noisy heating system. Breakfast - that will be £13 per person. What? Yes just £13 per person, but don't worry, the kids will be free. Breakfast does not need to cost £13 per person. Croissants grumpily purchased from the coffee shop in reception. It's OK, and not totally unreasonably priced given the location and London pricing. However I doubt I'll be back.

Nice hotel close to central London

Our stay was lovely but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than a weekend. The room was very dark with no natural light and the lighting not adequate. Breakfast was excellent although the hotel appeared to be short staffed struggling to keep up with the volume of guests.

A great location this part of the city.

Pros: Location, breakfast and comfortable room.
Cons: N/A
Location: We visited Canary Wharf in the evening and visited one of the many restaurants. During the day we visited the Shard and generally stayed in that area.
A one night stay, very convenient for this part of London. Free ferry across to Canary Wharf included. A lovely location, and the staff were excellent.

Terrible room

Pros: Nothing
We had a room for a disabled person which meant I had trouble getting on too the loo, and the view was looking out to the bins & container for all the rubbish.
