Free ferry to Canary Wharf Comfortable bed WIFI not free!! — Lacking atmosphere High prices Poor breakfast for the amount charged Bathroom too small with no separate shower (curtain around bath horrible !!) Broken toilet seat Not very disabled friendly - very steep slope connecting hotel with street

The hotel looked lovely in photos but could do with a little bit of work inside, the room we stayed in was quite small and the bed was uncomfortable, there was no window in the room only a set of doors which opened onto a walkway, the air-conditioning didn't work which made the room very hot, after a night at the 02 we came back had to que at the bar for a bottle of water which was warm, breakfast was OK but had to wait quite a while for plates and more food which had ran out, I personally wouldn't stay here again due to those little things staff were polite and friendly

Lovely location no nice bars or shops around the area hotel is lovely but everything is very expensive as you have no choice but to travel at least 20 mins away to get anything bottle of water £3:50 daylight robbery

Das Hotel war sehr ruhig und das Frühstückbuffet war super. Wir waren als Familie zu fünft unterwegs und das 5. Bett war ein Schlafsessel. Dieses Bett war nicht bequem und quitschte ziemlich. Wir mussten auch noch die Bezüge sowie eine Decke anfordern. Diese wurden vergessen. In der 2. Nacht wurden wir mitten in der Nacht von einem Feueralarm geweckt. Wir hatten deshalb ziemlich schlecht geschlafen. Im WC lief immer wasser, mit geschlossener WC Tür konnte man das immer noch gut hören. Ansonsten war es ok.
