The bed was hard and the pillows had no support, totally flat. I didn't sleep well at all and woke up with a splitting headache and stiff neck at 3am. The chair in the room was dirty. The television didnt work, aweful reception and lines across the screen. The food and service at the restaurant was good. The check in staff were good.

Only had problems with payment as they said I needed to pay a further amount until the manager sorted out the issue. Apart from that was a great stay

Typical airport hotel

Typical comfortable hotel. Buffet breakfast starts at 6am for the few with early flights. Staff need to be aware of requirements for buffet food. Typically the temperature (which I believe is 65c minimum - which should produce a hot breakfast) and the length of display. This hotel, like many, had items that were way below the required temperature and had been out too long.
