the hotel is very well situated, the staff was very nice and decent. the room was very small and simple, but friendly and i liked it. and the day they'll take away the bathroom door, even this tiny bathroom will be very good. i might go back there

Dirty coffee cup sand saucers were put back on place without cleaning, not just once but twice within a few days. No warm water to shower, have to call the reception everytime we need warm water so they can do something with it. Free wi-fi but bad bad internet connection, have to call the reception twice but still the same. Overall standard is more like a medium standard for a hostel not hotel...not worth to pay.

Perfect area, perfect hotel

My sister and I had an amazing stay here. Earls Court is a great place in London. This hotel is only a 3-5 minute walk to Earls Court Station and the high street. The room has everything you could need and the WiFi works great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and when I’m London again we will stay here again.

great location, close to Earl's Court underground.

Pros: Location
Cons: Neighboring room noise
Location: Mostly a day trip for central London attractions. National Gallery is a must.
One night stay here was great due to location. Not sure I would stay long term.

Cheap and cheerful

For £147 for three nights you can't go wrong at all. Centrally located for access to all of London. The hotel is a large converted house, clean room, comfortable and friendly staff. Ideal place to crash at the end of a long day sight seeing and partying

Amazing location and style for price

Thanking the amazing staff for their responsiveness and help. The single room size is small but is in line with the hotel's old fashion decor. There are things to improve in cleanliness, but nothing that cannot be solved. The price x quality is a fair trade. Thank you again for everything!

Easy to locate with 24 hour access

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Slightly disappointed by the 'continental breakfast' which was just cereal and toast
Location: Easy access from the tube
I only stayed over night but the room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed
