The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. The room was dirty, the walls, and curtains were stained. The toilet brush and holder was not cleaned and shower had rust and soap dish had rust all on it. The carpet has not been cleaned in a very long time. We stopped in to change for an hour and were at a wedding we came back we were quite tired thankfully the bed sheets were clean and the next morning when we tried to venture to the complimentary breakfast the coffee cup offered was had a lipstick stain and the hot water he not been refilled at all. The only coffee available was instant coffee packets. The front desk hospitality cannot make up for the complete lapse of basic hygiene and standard cleanliness the property lacks. Including torn furniture, a towel with a whole in it. I have photos of the whole room and can prove that this property does not meet basic standards. I wish I was making this up but sadly ebookers should not include such a property as a selection.

Very good value for money. Comfy bed and decent room. Breakfast was ok but not great like the pictures suggest.

Nice hotel

No disabled shower/wet room. Staff courteous. Nothing really bad to say apart from the shower for my mother who was celebrating her 90th birthday and needed proper disable shower or wet room facility
