Hotel close to the town close all my friends

Hotel it's not bad bad the corridor is very bad smell full of cigarette smoke

A slight decline

Pros: The location, room and breakfast
Cons: Manner of receptionist, price of breakfast
Location: Great for Camden Market and just a short trip down to the West End
I had emailed ahead to ask for a particular room, but received no reply. When I asked for this room at reception I was told in no uncertain terms that I had pre-booked a downstairs room with no window. I was not aware of this and was told that I was not eligible for the room I wanted. I had never encountered this before. The man on reception was just about ok, but not the friendliest I have ever met. Nevertheless my room was decent enough. Breakfast was very good, although had increased in price since my last visit.

Nice room could do with more sceneries in the bare walls. Comfortable bed so guaranteed good sleep. TV in the small side could be bigger. Have to pay to get unlimited free wifi which is a big shame. But overall nice hotel.!!!!!!!!!!!!

bed was very uncomfortable

Pros: within walking distance of Camden town good location.
Cons: the bed!
Location: everything within walking distance
The staff were very nice and friendly, the room was very small but it was clean, but the worst thing was how cheap and uncomfortable the bed was. It was that bad we cut short our trip and left a day early.

Don't go

Pros: It was only a 3 night stay
Cons: Food and cleanliness
Location: Building works near by.
Room never vacuumed during a 3 night stay Food not fresh, No hot water at meals- no tea or coffee Smokers using main door as ashtray TV had interrupted limited service (no bbc),

A most satisfactory stay

This hotel exceeded my expectations after I had seen the mixed reviews on various sites. Room was quiet and clean and a decent size, bed comfortable. Breakfast for an extra £7 was also very good.
