The staff are ultra-friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, near a DLR station tk the city and hop away from LCY aiport. A true value for money, especially on business trips. Rooms are spacious and practical. Highly recommended for both work and leisure.

Decent location if you like watching planes. New looking hotel which was very quiet. Decent transport links next to hotel or a nice walk along the docks

Brilliant stay at hotel. Friendly staff! Lovely hotel room. My sister and I were fasting for Ramadan. Hotel were generous with their breakfast bags! The late shift Asian employee was very kind, going out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Look forward to staying again! Plenty of onsite parking and exellent location to get around to numerous places!

The best part of the stay, A very Warm Welcome by the receptionist who was a black gentle man with so much respect hatts of to him 👊 i was with my wife and 7 months baby wil Defoe go back there. TO me its all about the customer services And he did that very well

Booked this last minute at a low price. The staff were friendly and efficient with big smiles. The hotel and room were super clean. The room was immaculate and well maintained, it all looked brand new. It was so quiet that we had a great night’s sleep and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived at 10am and left the car in the carpark and that was there until we checked out the next day and cost just £15. Would definitely stay again.
