I saw the Free Parking on Google website, so I called the Hard rock hotel to ask if it's truth that you have Free Parking? If yes, I will drive a car to park there, the hotel staff told me YES, and told be to park with their co-parking place APCOA where is right behind the hotel. I went there to park 4 hours, when I want to go out, the car park charge me £37.90 and told me it's never a FREE Parking with Hard Rock Hotel. The concierge just told me is discounted not Free. I asked to see manager Simon and he refuse to compensate my loss due to their staff mistake to tole me YES when I ask if it's free parking there. This is a very disappointed experience. Beware to believe what customer told you in the phone. The manager told me they may hear wrong from the phone sometimes, but it's not their fault. It's un acceptable.

Hotel had a gorgeous lobby on arrival. Reception staff were very good, friendly and great customer service. Super Comfy bed and comfortable room. We were upgraded from a Double to King which was very spacious. Well flight our with plug at mirror to blow dry and style hair. Good lighting! We had a B&B rate and buffet options were extensive and delicious. Nice friendly and helpful staff again. Bar area was great at night, busy and good live music. Cool atmosphere. Staff again were helpful and friendly - however one night there had been an obvious fall out with a couple of staff behind the bar, so as much as they were very polite to us as customers we could see the facial expressions, body and physical language being used with each other! However overall a great hotel, perfect location at Marble Arch at end of Oxford street. Short walk to tube station and only half hour walk along oxford street to convent garden.
