Unique experience, lots of memorabilia everywhere so a fascinating place. Room was lovely, comfy bed and quiet. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Good bar for cocktails, nice breakfast. Couldn't fault this stay at all. Not sure why it's not 5*.

Due to the building being a Grade 2 listed building and not a purpose built hotel we have several bedrooms and bathrooms of differing, unique shape and size. I saw the Free Parking on Google website, so I called the Hard rock hotel to ask if it's truth that you have Free Parking? If yes, I will drive a car to park there, the hotel staff told me YES, and told be to park with their co-parking place APCOA where is right behind the hotel. I went there to park 4 hours, when I want to go out, the car park charge me £37.90 and told me it's never a FREE Parking with Hard Rock Hotel. The concierge just told me is discounted not Free. I asked to see manager Simon and he refuse to compensate my loss due to their staff mistake to tole me YES when I ask if it's free parking there. This is a very disappointed experience. Beware to believe what customer told you in the phone. The manager told me they may hear wrong from the phone sometimes, but it's not their fault. It's un acceptable.

The car parking is never free we have our nominated car company APCOA where all our guest can park in we then give 17.5% off the charges. The hotel will not be responsible for any charges incurred.
