Overall an OK visit. Pros: - central and close to public transport routes (s.g Old St Station) - good breakfast selection ( a la carte options for surcharge) - comfortable and spacious bed - modern and spacious bathroom Cons: - long hair found all over inner shower wall - room service taking 40 minutes or not running at all - asked for room to be cleansed each day. Wasn’t done once - standard instant coffee (Nescafé), would have expected better - no e.g biscuits or snacks with coffee/teas in room
