Great hotel great location

On arrival the staff were amazing. Made my two kids very happy with free activity pack amd bag of sweets. Room was very spacious and cosy, kids wanted to live here. Would deffo recommend this hotel x

City Hotel gem!

Pros: Staff, service, room, location, price/value
Cons: Executive Lounge offerings....by 4.30pm there was barely a thing left (afternoon tea) and replenishments weren't being made which was a bit of a shame
Location: tube, dlr, O2 arena, shopping, restaurants, bars
Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. Great location near Canary Wharf shopping, restaurants etc and about a 4-5 minute walk from the tube and DLR. Great also for the O2 where we went on Saturday night. Huge Jr. Suite room with nice views and a pleasant Executive Lounge. Breakfast was varied and of high quality with staff, again, being friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay and we will be back again for sure....think this may well become our regular weekend 'go to' hotel when Iin London :)

Weekend away - excel event

Good location for excel. Good sized room for three 2 adults plus teenager. Really good experience.

Lovely hotel lovely and peaceful around it

Had a fab stay ere sat nite . 1 minor issues twas hard to find hotel had to go through another building to access footbridge to hotel no signs for this . Everything about hotel 10 out of 10

I love this hotel!

We returned to the Hilton as we were going to watch England v New Zealand at Twickenham. The staff are attentive & friendly & the rooms & facilities are very good. Breakfast buffet is very good & the hotel location is excellent.. Access to the Jubilee line on the Underground or the DLR is a short walk so you can be in the centre of London easily & quickly. It's also well situated for Greenwich & the O2 & we'll be back in March to watch England play France!

Great weekedn between friends

Hotel staff was very pleasant at our arrival and very helpful. The hotel in general and the room was great, well equiped and room cleaning was always efficient. On thing I would say though is service in ther oom was quite slow when we asked for a toothbrush and a razor, we gots tooth brush and a sewing kit after waiting for 30 minutes. Also room service took quite a while but other than that we loved it. Also the location of the hotel is perfect, 2 minutes away from metro stop and very peacefull, quiet neighbourhood surrounded by all those big modern buildingwith the river, it's a nice break from the excitation of the city whenever you want to go back to your hotel and relax from a big day.
