The staff were friendly professional and knowledgable. The room was large and mainly comfortable although the bed was very firm to the point of being uncomfortable. Housekeeping could be improved as I had to change my mugs each day I stayed. However, overall, I would stay again for staff, location and price

As a Hilton Honors member I am extremely dissapointed with the level of service I received. I paid for an upgrade and received a room that was full of damp. My Mrs found it difficult to breathe as she had really bad asthma. I find the whole experience unacceptable. When we were offered another room we had to pack our belongings and then make our way all the way back to reception only to que up again in a huge queue.

Convenient to Paddington station

Only problem was fire alarm at 420am which lasted long enough for you to get up and go to the fire escape then went off.

Pros: The staff were helpful
Cons: Accessibility and in house computer service
I stayed at this hotel over new year and booked it through eBookers. I requested an accessible room inc WetRoom as I am wheelchair dependant and wasn't given one on arrival, the staff weren't informed. I then had to switch rooms from a King into a Queen, as there were no accessible rooms available. The Queen room wasn't much more accessible than the King so I still had problems with the toilet and couldn't access the shower. I went to go to the Skybar to have a drink and view London, but the lift was broken so I couldn't. I had planned to go to Winter Wonderland the next day, so needed to print my tickets using the hotels printer and computer, the computer didn't work so I tried again the next morning. This time, the printer didn't work. Overall, I had a poor experience.

Good hotel in centre of London.

Pleasant staff and nice hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Happy to see a proper hairdryer in the room!

Good Hotel a stones throw from Edgware Underground

Pros: Nice atmosphere, good Breakfast
Cons: Air conditioning in room had poor control
Location: Very near Edgware Rd Station, didn't do anything nearby as went to a show and Museums at other London locations.
Arrived early but as room was ready allowed to check in. Nice public areas and rooms, Breakfast was good but noticed that it was very busy about 30 mins after we had left the dinning room. Our Kids enjoyed a swim in the Hotel Pool.

Easy to get around London from this location.

Pros: Lovely bar and cafe area.
Cons: Keeping the breakfast hot.
Location: Underground just opposite hotel, busses to everywhere, everything in easy reach.
Really friendly staff, comfortable room, lovely service and beautiful decor in the lobby. Unfortunately the breakfast was Luke warm, always difficult I know with the sheer volume of people but, dissapointing none the less..
