The room was very noisy because of the construction work outside, so I could not sleep. I was charged £12 for wifi, which I wasn't aware that I had to pay for it , nowhere it stipulate on the booking I had to pay for it.

Great location, clean, tidy room. Booking in slow, not enough staff. Freezing cold morning shower.

Anywhere that tries to charge it's paying guest to use the internet, for the price of 12.99 a day, has completely lost the plot. A bizarre, out of date practice, that has forced us to look else where for business trips.

Even though had prepaid through ebookers, reception was going to charge full room rate. Pending charge on credit card, will be monitoring to ensure not charged again
