The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and also the breakfast staff were so very helpful and accommodating.

Stayed a few times before and again the hotel didn’t fail to meet expectations. Nice room on the top floor at the side of the hotel which was fairly quiet.

It's a pity Stratford looks like Dresden in 1944 but the hotel is great!
