Standard of fitting and furniture in room was poor (broken drawers, door handle fell off, furniture trim tatty, bathroom ceiling covered in mould, etc.). Poor housekeeping service, expensive car parking, stale bread at breakfast. Air conditioning didn't appear to work. Kenco coffee sachet in room was nice.

expensive car park potentially dangerous food

Pros: only near to heathrow.
Cons: if hotel can display clearly how much is car park for one night probably hal of the customers may move to neighbouring hotels as they only charge £6
Location: no time to explore
equivalent to 1/4 of the price of the hotel you wil be charged for car park £16/night for guest car parking!!! If you have dinner do not order cod fish and chips.It is full of bones - you may choke to death if you eat like normal fish and chips. There is no caution either prior to ordering or eating.If you are graced by almight you would be lucky enough to feel them if not ...good luck- you can only live twice?

Night before flight

Ideal place to stay before a flight. Clean and comfortable and the Sunday night buffet was not bad for £16.

Great for early morning flight

Hotel was really good for an overnight stay for an early flight out. It has a nice lounge and bar with good food compared to some that only have a few chairs. Would definitely book here agin and the shuttle bus was £4.50 each and took about 20 mins. Just make sure you look on the map to find it as although it's next to the motorway, you have to turn off beforehand and take 4 left turns to get there.
