Clean rooms could do with having kettle and hair dryer in rooms the breakfast was given in paper bag. We haid for breakfast thinking we would have full breakfast disappointed so we had to go elsewhere for food. Wouldnt have booked food if was only given on bag to take to rooms and i couldnt eat it .

So I got a good deal on this hotel with a voucher code so it’s only fair to review it with that in mind. Positives: hotel was clean and tidy, room was immaculately serviced every day. Reception staff were lovely. Iron was available on request. Good location. Negatives: bizarre bathroom situation- sink in room, shower in a glass cupboard, toilet in a separate booth..? Terrible smell one day from drain in shower but was fixed by cleaner the next day after I’d told reception. Water in shower erratically runs hot and cold. Poor amenities in room (no kettle, no fridge, only five hangars on a tiny pole). Best thing: bearing in mind the room was overlooking the road, it was absolutely silent.

Bed sheet isn't clean as got marks on it, also has hairs and dirts, mattress is quite soft, but staff are helpful. Basic that you get what you pay for.

very good value for London..For what you pay a good service..I paid £6 for Continenal Breakfast it was good quality. My only critiscm was it is quite new to maintain that newness touching up the paint on the plaster would enhance your rooms..But a good 9/10 and the staff were nice and helpful

Spotlessly clean and a superb hot power shower but let down by a very soft spongy unsupportive bed. For this reason unfortunately I wouldn't stay again.

Very much a budget option. Had to change rooms because of incessantly dripping, broken shower. No toiletries and no tea and coffee in rooms. Staff helpful and friendly. Ok for one night in order to get to Heathrow early.
