I ended up having to pay twice because even because hadn’t paid Ibis hotel the money. Ibis hotel claimed That ebookers hadn’t integrated the money into their accounts to accommodate us And I ended up having to pay twice which I was very furious about.

I found the bed and pillows very uncomfortable Breakfast was a lovely buffet of choice couldnt fault that but the service in the restaurant in th evening was patchy...one day it was brilliant and I was impressed.... the next it was a disaster..... Loved the walk in wet room shower however...couldnt trip in or out of that !!!!

For the Price, it was exceeded my exception. Only ONE thing I didn't like/enjoy. The sheets and pillow cases had an strong odour, probably Dry Cleaning, which made it difficult to sleep, and developed an headache. Otherwise very Satisfied with everything.

Looked very nice at the main entrance waited 20 mins to check in got to our room and it smelt like raw sewage room 529 staff left window open so they knew of the problem just hoped we wouldn't complain asked for a new room sent to next room 523 towels was dirty floor in bathroom dirty hair on one of the beds it had stated 247 room service but they wouldn't answer so had to get a take away very disappointed also as getting dressed staff just walked in our room no knock

2nd time staying at this hotel and have not been disappointed either time! Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Excellent no frills accomodation!

Great view. Friendly staff!

Staff were great! Room was super clean and the view was awesome. Although there was no aircon and the hand soap was body wash, I’d still stay there again without a doubt.

Nice and cozy hotel

We spent there a night and we were pleased. Staff were very nice and friendly. We received two rooms with two sigle beds even we booked double bed rooms. After discussing with the staff they changed our rooms straight away without any problem. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel on the river

Pros: Simplicity, no fuss, good welcome
Cons: information about local transport costs
Location: Take the Emirates Sky Line to the O2 Arena. Then visit the National Maritime Museum - a gem
Welcoming staff. Good parking shared with Novotel at reasonable price for overnight stay. Food served in lobby. Reasonable if basic. Clean comfortable room. We felt relaxed and refreshed by the time we left.
