Great stay

Pros: The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. Nicest hotel we have stayed in while visiting london.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Great location for o2...obvs
We arrived two hours early on a very cold snowy day..The friendly staff were welcoming and let us check in early. Room was great and the proximity to the o2 venue where we were going to a concert was ideal. Visited the sky bar and are in.we will be visiting again, thanks for a fantastic experience

Great hotel

I arrived at the intercontinental 02 after a very wet and tiring drive. I found the under ground parking to be very clean and lots of secure spaces. There was a short walk to reception were I was greeted buy a gentleman who happily booked me in he then showed me to the lifts. I must say the reception is a marvellous place to be lots of marble it's just amazing. After visiting my room which was very well presented with a beautiful marble bathroom I found my way to the 02 arena which is litterelly a stone through from the hotel I never even got wet. Anyway the intercontinental bar and restaurant are just great places to be very well represented and the staff are just amazing. All in all this is a fantastic hotel I will be back.

Pros: Convenience for O2
Cons: Have a room ready by check in time. Get more staff in the Breakfast room
Location: Great for the O2 but not much else nearby otherwise
Room wasn't ready on arrival and they could not tell us how long we had to wait for a room to be ready. IN the end we had to wait an hour for a room. For 5* expensive hotel that is unacceptable. Brasserie used for breakfast could not cope with the numbers - many items were not restocked quickly enoughand if you went away from your table to get food there was a good chance they would clear your table by the time you got back and set it for someoneelse.

Excellent Hotel Next To The O2

This is a new Intercontinental, completed around 2 years ago. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent hotel facilities, including a spacious breakfast/dining area. We would recommend this to anyone who fancies a treat when going to the O2 for an event.
