Don't stay here if going to Terminal 5 - it is still half an hour away. If going from terminal 3 then ok. We were put in a disabled room so we had a wet room type bathroom which flooded.

Very nice rooms. There was a problem with ours so they moved us with no quibbles. Additional £12 parking charge but expected.

Nice place but shame lift did not work all the time I was there and walking up 6 flights of stairs with luggage is no fun !

When we arrived we were given a room on the second floor but we were not notified that the lift was broken. When I asked about it I was told it would not be repaired until after out trip. A lot of people struggled with cases to climb the stairs, not good enough for a four star hotel. The rooms were newly refurbished and clean.Breakfast was plentiful but not great quality
