The mattress was urine stained reported this yo receptionist who did nothing besides say it would be teported to management.

Ideal Base for London Marathon 2018

Pros: Its close to central London without having to pay the high premiums. Transport links are fantastic and free parking. Staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: For the purpose of my stay, I don't think anything would need improving
Location: Several restaurants over the road if you didn't want to eat at the hotel, Mcdonalds, TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut etc
For the last 3 years, I have been lucky enough to gain entry into the London Marathon and have used the Hallmark hotel as my base. It is ideally located as its just a short bus journey (119) to East Croydon station and you can then go on from there to central London or whatever location you need to get to. I cant comment on the food as I didn't use this service but the stay was perfect, no problems whatsoever.

Nice to get into the heart of London

Pros: Very clean and well managed by staff and management.
Cons: No
Location: Plenty of shops to visit and open spaces.
I really did enjoy my stay and booked an extra two nights. A good hotel to commute into London to visit relatives.

Can do better.

Lifts not working.stuck us 3rd floor.boy racers racing all night nothing done or get better glazing.food excellent but expensive ...staff said unable to put food on the room yet 5 mins later allowed another guest to start a room tab.....shower took 10 to 15 mins to get hot....would I stay here again....maybe but things would have to improve and that includes the price.
