Great for the O2.!

Pros: Everything
After an horrendous journey up we were upgraded to a Suite and complimentary drinks whilst we waited. 5 minute walk to the tube and a 3minute tube ride directly to the O2 made for a fantastic evening.! Breakfast in the morning is a must. One of the best i have ever had.

Not much for £179 a night

Very disappointed with room. Extremely noisy with dlr right outside window and motorway. The noisy air extractor in bathroom wouldn't shut off kept me awake. Uncomfortable bed and really noisy bedding when you moved. However breakfast was lovely quite a lot of choice.

Another good stay

Pros: Great location away from the west end. Good breakfast choices. Nice bar and pleasant staff throughout the hotel.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. Room was comfortable and a reasonable size, but with no view to speak of, which was a bit disappointing after we were upgraded to a quayside room the last time we stayed at this hotel. The people in the room next to us were playing loud music when we returned to our room at approximately 11:30pm and we could hear this through the adjoining door. Luckily after we called guest services they sent someone to speak to them and it was then quiet. Good luggage storage service to enable us to have a comfortable day around central London after we checked out.

Well located hotel in Canary Wharf

Pros: Comfortable room, quiet and good breakfast
Cons: Smal step into the bathroom could be a potential hazard
Location: Plenty of restaurants and bars close by as well as the DLR and underground
This hotel is well located in Canary Wharf. All staff we interacted with were professional and helpful. The room was very comfortable and we didn't hear any noise inside or outside apart from a few rumbles from the DLR station which was next to the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice including continental and freshly made eggs and omelettes. We will definitely choose this hotel again.
