Tiny little room and a squeeze for the shower but fine for just me on my own. Only complaint is the lift was out of order and I was on the 4th floor, so the legs are feeling it today

Hotel that is very close to Earl's Court station

Pros: Clean room and helpful staff.
Cons: Wallpaper in the room needs a bit refreshing. I stayed in single room and it had obnoxiously loud fan in the bathroom, but otherwise pretty good room.
The hotel has a very good location - is very close to Earl's Court station - which was perfect for me. The only downside is that train tracks go past the hotel and if your room is on that side, it is a bit noisy. But if you are a hard sleeper it's fine. I was not bothered at all.

Well presented hotel close to tube station

I was very impressed with this hotel, from the time I checked in to the checking out. A porter kindly took my bag and showed me to my room on a late arrival at night the cooked breakfast was well presented with a goof variety of choices , well heated and tasty. The waitron only too eager to serve me a decaffinated filter coffee especially made. The room was neatly laid out, room temperature and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom and shower cleanliness to a high standard. Only down side was the noise from the trains at night but no fault of the hotel. great Location to access London and all the sights.

Below average hotel..

Really not what we were expecting from the photos! The bedside lamp nearly caught fire from all the dust that was still on it. There was nothing when booking that advised how loud the trains would be through the night. There was one friendly woman on the reception team when we asked for the lamp to be changed and the gentleman that checked us out was also very nice, however the rest of staff were very disinterested. Advantage was how close to the tube station this hotel is although I wouldn't stay here again.

Not as expected

Staff were lovely however the hotel standard was not as expected. Decor was nothing like the photos, rooms were cramped with ill-fitting furniture and Strange lighting system with the switches! Bulbs missing in a lot. First room was not great at all but we were changed immediately when complained. It just felt a little miserable in the rooms to be honest! We won't be returning to this hotel.

Pros & cons

The location of the hotel is very good, only a few minutes walk from Earl's Court underground station. The room was clean in general, although you could find some dirty spots if you looked more closely (I also found some hairs inside two of the towels). The staff was helpful overall, except to one lady at the reception that was a bit curt and also deliberately sent me 3 stops away from my destination when asked for directions. Lastly, wifi is available only at the reception.

Petit

Very clean and staff very efficient. The only minus was the extraordinarily small rooms. I still don't understand why they took £30 payment on check in, as there is no bar and you don't get it back for 3 days??? Tip- If booking it ask for a room at the front.

Good Location, Good Price

It is an excellent value for your money: the hotel is locacted in a very nice neighbourhood, very close to the underground station that connects to the main touristic lines (such as Picadilly). The hotel room had been renovated - altough it is impressivelly small, the bathroom is new, and the room has a flat tv and nice lining bed and towels. I would stay again.

Small but well thought out accommodation

We stayed for one night - the room was very small but it was more than adequate for our needs - great location for the tube - we would return for another short break in London.

Not the best

Fine location but very small rooms, tired decor and not very clean. Our first room had a plumbing problem so smelt awful however staff managed to move us relatively soon. Rooms are very small and very simple. Not the cleanest but Fine for a simple 1 night stay if you're not looking for any luxuries
