We enjoyed our stay at the Marlin Waterloo, but the housekeeping needs to be sorted out! We were there for 3 nights. The room was not cleaned and prepared until 5:30pm each day! - which was ridiculous and inconvenient. On the final morning the housekeeping arrived at 10am despite us having arranged a late check-our of 1pm! Otherwise the hotel was fine and ideally located. We will return, but not before you have sorted out the management and scheduling of your housekeeping team.

Einrichtung des Zimmers wurde nur mittelmässig bewertet, weil es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt, auch keine Garderobe. Auszugs- Sofa als Liegefläche geht gar nicht; Liegefläche war wellig und Kopfteil hing nach unten. Nur englische TV- Sender. Wir waren zu viert im Deluxe Zimmer, haben auch für 4 bezahlt, Duschmittel und Kaffeekapseln waren aber nur für 2 da. Luxus dafür die Nespresso-Maschine und die Geschirrwaschmaschine welche wir aber für 4 Tassen und 4 Löffel nicht in Betrieb schicken wollten (danach hatten wir leider kein Geschirr mehr). Jedoch für Familien die etwa Kleines zubereiten wollen - Sitzmöglichkeiten und Stühle gibt es nicht genügend und der Tisch hat mit dem Auszugssofa auch keinen Platz. Keine Handtuchhalter und kein Zahnglas im Badezimmer.

I am sorry to understand from your feedback that your stay with us this time was not up to your expectations; Please be advised that our hotel is advertised as Aparthotel, and that is the reason we operate in a more similar way as a serviced apartment business. Most of our rooms are provided with kitchenette as a difference from a hotel, in order to offer a home to home experience to our guests. This is the reasons that we do not provide some of the common items found in a hotel (like a glass for toothbrush, toothbrush and toothpaste as well as slippers), In regards to the sofa bed, the room is designed for a maximum of 4 guests occupancy. Although we provide in our rooms high quality sofa beds, based on London’s market, we recommend our rooms for families, as the sofa bed is of small double size, making it comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.
