wahren sehr unfreundlich, keinen Augen Kontakt. die zimmer wahren gar nicht sauber & an der decke im bade zimmer hatte es Schimmel und das sehr viel! Wasser leck an der deke hat man auch gesehen, es wahr alles alt & nicht sauber!

Das Hotel befindet sich an ausgezeichneter Lage. Ansonsten gibt es nicht allzu viel Positivies zu berichten. Das Hotel wirkt heruntergekommen. Es hat keinen Lift, die Koffer müssen auf steilen und schmalen Treppen die Stockwerke nach oben geschleppt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr dürtig. Nebst Tostbrot und einer geringen Auswahl an Frühstückflocken werden zusätzlich in Plastik abgepackte Croissants angeboten. Bereits beim Öffnen wird man mit dem Geruch von Konservierungsmittel konfrontiert, ohne ausreichend Getränke empfiehlt sich der Konsum der Croissant nicht.

Leider fehlt ein Lift und eine Klimaanlage. Bei den aktuellen Sommer Temperaturen kaum auszuhalten. Personal ist sehr zurückhaltend, wenn nicht sogar unfreundlich. Einzig der Inhaber war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, gerade an der Shoppingmeile Oxfordstreet. 2Nächte unter der Woche war ruhig, in der Freitag Nacht hatte es bis um ca.3.00Uhr Lärm von Nachtschwärmern.Prei-Leistung ist voll ok. Wir waren im Haus Nr.9, im obersten Stock, steile, enge Treppe, kein Lift. Das Zimmer war grossräumig für 4Personen aber schon schmuddeliger Teppich, und das Bad ist alt, und nicht so sauber, aber sanitäre Einrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten (1.5 Toastscheiben und 1 Croissant, Kaffee, Tee,Milch, Joghurt und Flocken uneingeschränkt) jeden Morgen gleich. Schön war, dass man auch spät abends (00.30Uhr) noch das Zimmer beziehen konnte und dass das Gepäck am Abreisetag an der Reception deponiert werden konnte.

Zimmer dreckig und alt: Bettdecke war voller gelber Flecken, nach einer Reklamation haben wir eine neue Bettwäsche erhalten... Mussten es selbst anziehen: die Decke darunter war voller Urinflecken! Bett selbst krachte fast zusammen, Duschkopf war so dreckig, dass wir nach dem Duschen wahrscheinlich dreckiger gewesen wären. WC-Spülung funktionierte nur schwer, kein Warmwasser. Zimmer im 4. Stock mit engen und steile Treppen ohne Lift. Sonntagmorgen ging der Feueralarm los weil jemand im Haus zu heiss geduscht hat. Personal nicht sehr freundlich. Nie wieder! Eines der schlimmsten Hotels überhaupt!
