We very much regret the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm, however, while we appreciate how frustrating this experience can be, fire safety is unreservedly a priority for the hotel and its employees and, as such, we focus to ensure we meet and exceed wherever possible the requirements as per the Fire Safety Order 2005. In saying that, your comment about how the staff handled the follow up has been addressed and corrective actions have been taken.
