Good middle of the road hotel. Rooms comfortable but cleaning staff sloppy. Glasses and duvet covers not changed for days. Hosts in bar can be rude if you don't order anything. Front desk accommodating and pleasant.

so so

the location is really very good, easy access to the center and all attractions. the room is small, but very comfortable. Didnt like: small bed in a double room; inattentive staff: they brought us a compliment - dessert, but after a couple of hours, he was covered with mold, we got it at the front desk, they apologized, asked the room number, but did not bring in return. Another negative - after departure we were wrote off 100 pounds, I wrote a letter asking explanation, but they did not answer

ideal location

Perfect location in Knightsbridge for shopping. .Very friendly and helpful staff. Able to check into room early which was clean and roomy. Also near back of hotel so not too noisy. Only complaint dress code at breakfast was a bit lapse. No shoes and baggy training shorts! Feet on chairs which didn't seem to match with the standard of the rest of the hotel.
