disappointing after all the years of using Hotels
Arrived at check in time at My Chelsea to be told that our room was not available and asked if we had we received an email. We hadn't received any notifications. The hotel had arranged a room in another hotel and a transfer there. This unfortunately wasted an hour of our time, it was was further away from the wedding venue we had booked the hotel for and we were unable to stay with with other members of the wedding party. The hotel we were put up was meant to be of equal standing but as you can see from the photos we spent the night in a hotel that wasn't to the expectations we had originally booked. In all the years of using Hotels.com I have never found myself in a position of disappointment.
