I was pleased to learn that overall you enjoyed your stay with us, but obviously disappointed that we did not meet your expectations in every area. Due to the weather conditions and the storms that have been affecting larger area of the United Kingdom our internet provider has a major and critical undergoing works in our area to bring back the internet service again, we are really sorry that it did really affected your stay.
