Okay - Stay
We booked a room quite late, but when we arrived at the hotel, 2 hours after we had booked the room, the reception team could not find our booking so it took around 30 minutes to check in. When we woke up in the morning, the cleaner walked straight in without knocking whilst I was getting dressed. When we checked out, I was requested to pay again although I had already paid for the booking. It was a lovely, clean and modern room though. I just think personally that a lot of training is required for the staff.
