Disappointing 2nd Visit

Dear Eddie, Our will is to share and contribute to our guest’s memories so we're obviously disappointed and terribly sorry to hear about your recent experience. Rest assured that our team shows its outmost empathy therefore the fact that you were not asked about your experience upon check out is not a true reflection of our service. In regards to the check in process, allow us to inform you that our guarantee check in time is 3pm, but we always try to accommodate our guests with early check in if there is availability. Also all our executive rooms offer panoramic views of London and we are sorry to hear that you didn't like the view from your room. Thank you for informing us about the lack of bathrobe and soaps in your room. We will address the issue accordingly since our goal is to provide a great level of service and ensure a memorable experience for all our guests. Many thanks!
