Dear Adam, First of I would like to thank you for sharing your experience with us, I was both surprised and disappointed with regard to your evening experience, The restaurant is open until 10pm however we do serve food until 11pm both in the bar and the room service and I would like to apologise if this was miscommunicated to you and I can assure you that I took immediate action and reinforce with the team our service standard. I am sorry to read that your breakfast experience was not any better, despite the fact that we have displayed in the lifts a breakfast notice to advise our guest the possible waiting time at peak time we did experience a high number of customer coming for breakfast at the same time and a slow table turnover. I can assure you this was an unusual shortfall as we do receive a lot of positive comments about our breakfast service. I hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back at the Novotel London Tower Bridge in order to allow us to demonstrate to you the true level of service we pride ourselves for.
