Pillows and bedding seemed tired and one bedside lamp had no working switch. Glass 'doors' for bathroom not great - no privacy Close to Wembley Arena Limited hotel parking which is not prebookable

Stayed over four nights at the Novotel. I had initially planned to stay three nights and then needed to stay an extra night. Ebookers and Novotel where very accommodating and even tried to book the same room but it wasn't possible or necessary. The stay was great, despite the large amount of people in during the week for the Conference and Football, noise levels where pleasant and low. All extra requirements where met with a smile and a lovely greeting. They even held our luggage until we were able to leave the venue and our meeting run over past the checkout time. The only inconvenience, and it really was more of an inconvenience than a hardship or a let down was that between having to change rooms due to the different bookings, I had to step out of my meeting to move my bags myself. Lesson learned, however, and I will endeavour to book the correct amount of time next time.

Rude staff

Staff was rude when we have a problem with their bloody checking in system. They thought we don't understand French.

Staff being racist to customers

I have booked and paid the hotel via third party website called Ebookers. However, the staff cannot find my reservations from the hotel system and caused delay about 45mins before i can check in. However, the staff told her colleague for us to go to other hotel in French. Unfortunately they didn't know I can understand and speak French very fluently. There were three of us who speak Arabic at the lobby that time. Their attitude was totally unacceptable at all. This is the worst 4 star hotel I ever stay unfortunately it was in London.
