The room, facilities and breakfast were basic. The room itself was clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, so for a night stopover it's OK! The location was good for my purpose and not far away from the M25 to get back home quickly.

Insufficient parking, no aircon so was 27 degrees in our room and no space in the restaurant when we went to breakfast so we checked out and had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Stayed last week when it was very hot, at this hotel, No AC, very hot & humid rooms though they provided table fans. Asked for Ironing board & the receptionist handed the iron & the board to me at the reception! Good 15minute bus ride from East Finchley tube station to the hotel. Complimentary Breakfast was good for the price paid for the rooms.

nice hotel

Cons: breakfast
nice hotel except for breakfast the staff were rude it was a joke. first morning ran out of food no scramble eggs and they would not cook any more with 15 minutes to go before breakfast finished. then had to wait 20 minutes for poached eggs then the rest of meal cold. second morning no tables free had to eat outside were no tables were set up, had to ask more than once for cups, cutlery and condiments they need to sort this out.

Very quiet and comfortable

Parking outside.Easy to find.Nice welcome from reception-efficient and friendly.Very comfortable bed and no noise-superb nights sleep.Powerful shower.Second time I have used this hotel and I will visit again. Excellent value.
