Loved our stay at the Pan Pacific hotel. Room was gorgeous, staff friendly, breakfast delicious ( though a 15 min wait as it was busy due to weekend). Location is good, few minutes walk from Liverpool Street station. Couple of minor improvements needed - swim costume squeeze machine is broken in the ladies change room and hairdryer over heated too. Faults need rectifying.
