To ensure your comfort and safety, to reduce contact points and water consumption, guests staying for more than one night will have their rooms cleaned every three days. However, we are happy to attend your room more often on request, and I apologize if you were not well informed about this. I also would like to assure you the safety of our guests and team members is our top priority and we have a security team on site 24 hours a day to ensure our guests are safe.
