We liked: *Price for a last minute booking. *24hr check in *Clean & modern. *Trendy hotel & friendly staff. *Location. Only 5 mins to London Bridge station from the tube over the road. *Handy Sainsbury's local 5mins walk away. *Help yourself anytime to organic coffee, ice, use of fridge & microwave in common area. *Free decent speed wi-fi. We didn't like: *The room was ridiculously hot&noisy. It was October & an average of 10 degrees outside for the duration of our stay yet we had to strip right down to underwear whenever we went in the room. Barely slept at all. Very thin walls. Lots of loud noises & shouting. We had a fan, which you can't really get close enough because it doesn't reach from the bottom of the bed& there's so little space down the sides of the bed that you can't fit a chair to stand it on.I wanted to cry it was so hot.I can't imagine what it would be like in summer! *We picked the lowest rate for a double room yet it was absolutely not as shown in the photos. No outside window. The bathroom was so small that there literally wasn't enough room to lift your arms to wrap a towel around yourself. We had to leave the bathroom to do this. *Accessibility. We didn't research this specifically as I felt I'd be able to manage. I use crutches. More a side note for anyone with the same issue; there's 6 very slippery when wet steps to the entrance, no accessible entrance that I noticed. You have no coffee in rooms so have to go downstairs with no lift.

We are glad you found many aspects of your stay to be positive although it's a shame it was spoilt by your room not meeting your expectations which we are truly sorry for. Regarding this we really could of helped if you had mentioned your room was uncomfortable and hot as our front desk team is always happy to relocate guests to bigger and quieter rooms if available or add extra fans if the room is too hot. Some rooms even have air conditioning units! Regarding your points on room being too hot we have been experiencing some un precedented weather from Londons heatwave which even for October was above average.Regarding the tea and coffee facilities, your point is noted, we do however pride ourselves on having a wonderful lounge bar downstairs that has a lovely selection of brews and a honesty ice cream fridge to boot, so hopefully you were still able to enjoy the ambience on offer. The only thing i did not like was the breakfast its could have a bit of British in it overall its was clean i would go back any time

Nice and clean but way too noisy I could hear the traffic all night long and hardly slept! They need to soundproof the windows or something

Dark Showers

Pros: I liked that it was quiet
Cons: the light in the shared bathroom
Location: i went to get something to eat nearby at a really nice burger place. The fact that it is very close to the train station is a plus as well.
I really enjoyed on one night stay at the hotel. I did find it a bit upsetting and annoying when i went to take a shower and the motion censor light above the shower kept turning off every minute. I spent majority of the tie in the shower opening and closing the shower door just to keep movement in the bathroom.

Nice hotel right at the heart of Liverpool.

Pros: Clean, convenient, easy to come and go, good location.
Cons: No breakfast, check-out a bit too early.
Location: The hotel is near the docks, where many sights are located (including The Beatles Story, Tate Liverpool, Albert Dock, etc.), and also near the center.
The hotel is located right at the center of Liverpool, near the dock sights and shops & restaurants of the city. The room was nice and clean, everything worked and the 24h reception is a nice plus. Perfect place to crash for the night. The only trouble we had was noisy neighbours in the next room.

Nice little hotel!

Our stay at Peckhams was great! There was a little breakfast in the morning, with delicious croissants from a local bakery and some coffee and tea.
