Small clean well appointed noisy basement room

Pros: See above
Cons: Insulation - warn visitors about the poor sound insulation in the basement floor
Location: The obvious - close to station/underground. Spitalfields Market. 10 mins walking from Hoxton/Shoreditch for those who want trendy pubs.
Booked very late the same evening I wanted to stay. Excellent receptiionist who dealt with my frazzled state (bad day!). I had Room 6 in the basement. No natural light and poor sound proofing from the corridar despite a further door between my room and the main passageway. The BIG issue is that the hotell is near Liverpool Street Station and the second the underground began I was awake. Extremely poor soundproofing to insulate you from the trains. Despite the rooms being small they were clean, bathroom spotless. Difficult to use the full length mirror as the clothes hangers were in front and if I had needed to work in the room it would have been difficult.

Noisy, Bright, Noisy, Noisy.

Pros: It was clean and the location.
Cons: not enough space in here to write it all! see experience above.
Tube goes underneath the hotel very regularly, paper thin walls, loud hallways, doors that have gaps top and bottom to allow the nose and light from the hallways to enter the rooms, curtains don't cover the windows fully so when it's daylight, you know about it, cleaners ignore the do not enter signs and take things they feel are rubbish away (wasn't rubbish and was needed). Bed was the smallest double i've ever seen. Even when the air con/heating was off it made a noise. If you want a good night's sleep then find another hotel.

Great value and great location!

For a budget hotel we thought it was perfect. It's very simple but for the price we paid for I think it was really good value for money. The location was great. Will be going back the next time we go to London

Adequate for a very short stay

As others have said the rooms are too small which is a shame because other than that the place would be an ok crash pad. You can't comfortably navigate around the bed which makes it difficult to get changed and with 2 people you are literally on top of each other. Don't stay if you want to work in the room either as there Isn't any way of doing his comfortably. It's frustrations as just an extra foot each way would make it great, chuck in a bedside cabinet both sides and power and it'd be fine.

Great location!

My partner and I spent one night at Tune hotel and it was good for its price. The space is suffiecient and it is clean. I love how it is modern looking! The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not that great, it is slightly flat for my expectations. We have stayed in quite few hotels and by far, this hotel has the 'worst' pillows. However, being only there for one night, it was not too bad. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel.

Four night break

After I booked I had read on the hotel website that there was no included amenities (towels, TV usage, WiFi, hairdryer), but if you book through another website they are included which was a great surprise. Staff were friendly and efficient, and more than helpful in storing our bags for us at 10am before check in (at £2.5 per bag). The rooms are small, and the bed is not overly large either, but there is more than enough room to stay comfortably. The bathrooms are small too, probably quite squeeze for someone on the taller side. But I have no complaints about my stay personally. It is in a wonderful location, near Spitalfields Markets, Brick Lane and a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station which takes you directly to Stansted Airport.

Fantastic Hotel

Very reasonably priced hotel for London. Brilliant location and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends!
