Nice and cosy hotel

Pros: -Hotel location -Hotel rooms
Cons: N/A
Location: An ideal location for people wanting to commute to the city with lots of lovley places to eat and visit around.
A very cosy hotel with a modern and quirky design to their rooms. Was welcomed by the hotel staff at the reception with a lovely smile and hot drink, which was must needed in the dull and rainy weather of London. Will surely, stay again and recommend others.

Exactly as advertised!

Lovely little hotel, perfect for an overnight stay. Our room was exactly as advertised so I knew the room would be small this only added more pleasure in our stay because of its comfort. Very clean and well kept rooms, fresh BIG towels which is always something other hotels seem to miss. Very modern decor/technology. Lovely welcome on arrival and on checking out! Really peaceful and quiet during the night which made for a really good nights sleep! We would definitley recommend this hotel to friends/family and will look forward to boking again ourselves in the future! Thank you!

Such a cool hotel!

I arrived with a warm and friendly welcome from Catriona, and a free hot drink while I checked in, which was very much needed because it was freezing outside. The room was very cool and cleverly compact with everything I needed and more. Lots of fold down tables, hangers, shelves and charging points. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The best part though, were the colour changing lights!

Clean, conveniently located budget hotel

Pros: Clever use of space. Colored lights. The staff members are very friendly.
Cons: Luggage fees should be gotten rid of. Refreshment prices a little steep.
Location: Conveniently located near Cabot Square and all the shops. 10mins in Uber to O2 Arena.
The room was spotless, I've stayed in dirtier 4* hotels. Rooms are small but use space in very clever ways. You're paying for a budget hotel so you can't go expecting all the added luxuries but as far as value for money this hotel is perfect. You do have to pay for early check-in which I was a little peeved about. We arrived at 1pm and even though we were told the room was ready we still had to pay for early check-in; either that or pay to leave our luggage - again, an unnecessary added expense. Late check-out was great though. £10 to check-out at 1 pm.

The room was compact yet very functional. Very modern and stylish. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Staff very friendly. I would have liked a kettle though ☕️

Terrible Hotel

Very small rooms. Instructions for charges were not clear. I bought adds on to find out that there was no daily room service included. Tried to talk to staff about the Issue but staff were terrible in solving problems and had no quality of dealing with customers and solving issues. I do not recommend this hotel. It was a terrible mistake booking this hotel.
